I always think Necros does not get the credit he deserves, he is (was) a bad-ass.
He single-handedly retrieves Koskov from the Blayden safe-house, gets a few confirmed kills and has an epic final fight with Bond (one of the best).
His espionage skills are great, and very well used in the film, exploding milk bottles and all
